Returns & Refunds
If you’re not happy with your order, contact us at hello@tagsbytito.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund immediately.
- If your order has already shipped, return the item(s) first and we’ll process your refund (minus the original shipping cost) once we receive them.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
We inspect all returns upon receipt. Tags by Tito reserves the right to determine the refund amount if items are returned in a condition that prevents resale.
Personalized & Custom-Printed Items
Because every Tags by Tito product is made to order and personalized just for your dog, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
This includes:
- Any product with your dog’s name, custom text, or engraving
- Items printed with a custom design or color selection
If we made a mistake on your order, we’ll make it right — no questions asked. Just send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
Wrong size? We get it — sizing can be tricky! Email us at hello@tagsbytito.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate a size exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Please note: Exchanges are not available for personalized or custom-printed items (unless there’s a defect or error in our production).
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us ASAP at hello@tagsbytito.com. Because our items go into production quickly, we can only cancel orders that haven’t entered production yet. Once your order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@tagsbytito.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your item(s) back to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
